Qualification Criteria for Renting Summary

Maximum occupancy: One Bedroom (3), Two Bedroom (5), Three Bedroom (7). ​Landlord charges additional rent for more than 1 adult per bedroom, 1-2 dependent children allowed at no additional rental cost.

One year lease minimum is required.

All occupants 18+ must complete an application; false information disqualifies applicants. ​

Identification: Photo ID and Social Security card required; military IDs not accepted. ​

Income: Combined gross monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rent; proof of income required. ​

Credit: Minimum 680 or FICO "B" score required; no more than 2 negative accounts; bankruptcies must be discharged for at least 4 years. ​

Residency: Favorable rental history required; evictions lead to automatic denial. ​
